Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard shipping averages 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Expedited options are available at checkout for select listings.
  • Depending on stock availability, orders may take 15–20 working days (Monday–Friday) to ship or be fulfilled.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed. Due to inventory fluctuations, timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Certain products may be sourced from international warehouses. In rare cases, this can add customs clearance or tariff processing time.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for most items.
  • Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days).
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed due to customs delays, tariffs, or other global logistics factors.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Free shipping offers apply only to eligible U.S. orders when applicable.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • All orders include tracking numbers.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If a package appears delayed or lost, contact support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Please be patient — we’ll resolve it as soon as we hear back from the carrier. Response times can vary.
  • In the event of a total loss, you’ll receive a full refund.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect all packages upon arrival.
  • If items arrive damaged, report it with photos within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund through the seller’s policy.

Multiple Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different sellers or warehouses.
  • Large wholesale orders may ship in stages and arrive at different times.
