International Shipping
- International shipping is available for most items.
- Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days).
- Delivery times are not guaranteed due to customs delays, tariffs, or other global logistics factors.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
- Free shipping offers apply only to eligible U.S. orders when applicable.

Tracking & Confirmation

Lost or Delayed Packages
- If a package appears delayed or lost, contact support within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Please be patient — we’ll resolve it as soon as we hear back from the carrier. Response times can vary.
- In the event of a total loss, you’ll receive a full refund.
Damaged Shipments
