1) Overview

Hustlers United (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. By creating an account, listing an item, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration info.
• You’re responsible for your login, activity, and compliance with these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, or non-payment.

3) Marketplace Role

• Hustlers United is a venue. Sellers are independent and solely responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and compliance.
• We may provide payment processing, dispute handling, and limited buyer protection as described in our policies.

4) Listings & Prohibited Items

• Listings must be accurate, complete, and lawful (no counterfeits, stolen goods, illegal or restricted items, or infringing content).
• We may remove or restrict listings at our discretion.

5) Pricing, Fees & Taxes

• Sellers set item prices. Marketplace fees are disclosed in our Seller Policies.
• Buyers are responsible for taxes, import duties, and fees where applicable.
• We may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

6) Orders, Payment & Security

• Orders are binding when payment is authorized/clears.
• Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant providers (see Payments & Security Policy).
• We may delay or cancel orders flagged for fraud or compliance review.

7) Shipping & Delivery

• Sellers must ship within stated handling times and provide valid tracking.
• Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier, customs, or inventory factors.
• Risk of loss transfers upon carrier acceptance unless otherwise required by law.

8) Returns, Refunds & Buyer Protection

• Covered scenarios and timelines are defined in our Buyer Protection & Refund Policy.
• Where a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Items returned not in original condition may incur fees per our Terms & Conditions.

9) Disputes & Chargebacks

• Open a case with Hustlers United before filing a chargeback; this speeds resolution.
• Unsupported chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse of policies may result in account limits or removal.
• We may offset unpaid amounts or fees against pending seller payouts.

10) Seller Payouts

• Payout timing and methods are defined in Seller Policies.
• We may withhold or delay funds pending fraud, chargeback, or compliance review.

11) Intellectual Property

• Don’t upload or sell content that infringes others’ rights.
• We may remove infringing material and suspend repeat infringers.

12) User Conduct

• No attempts to bypass fees, manipulate bids, spam, harass, scrape, or reverse engineer the site.
• No misrepresentation in listings, messages, or documentation.

13) Privacy & Data

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
• We don’t store full card details on our servers.

14) Warranties & Liability

• The marketplace and listings are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee item quality, availability, or seller performance.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of: (a) fees you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hustlers United harmless from claims arising out of your listings, sales, purchases, or use of the site.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
