Buying & Bidding
How do auctions work here?
Place a bid higher than the current price. When the timer hits zero, the highest bid wins. Some listings may also include a Buy It Now option set by the seller.
Can I retract or cancel a bid?
Bids are binding. If you made a clear mistake (e.g., an extra zero) and the auction hasn’t ended, contact support immediately with the lot ID.
I bid the same amount as someone else but lost. Why?
Proxy bidding can auto-increase another buyer’s bid up to their set maximum. If your max was reached first, their proxy may still win at the same final price.
What does INAD mean?
INAD = Item Not As Described. If an item arrives significantly different from the listing (wrong model, undisclosed damage, missing parts, or counterfeit), open a case under INAD within the stated time window.
Do I need an account to bid?
Yes. Create an account, verify your email, and add a valid payment method before placing bids.
How do I watch or follow listings?
Use the Watch/Follow control on the product page. You’ll see watched items in your account and can track timers easily.
Is there a sniping prevention or soft-close?
If enabled on a listing, last-second bids may extend the timer briefly to prevent sniping. Check the product page for whether soft-close is active.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
WooPayments (Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WooPay, Cash App Pay, DePay Crypto (select coins), Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna. Provider fees or financing costs may apply.
When is my card charged?
For Buy It Now, at checkout. For auctions, when you win. Some providers may pre-authorize earlier to prevent failed payments.
Where do refunds go and how long do they take?
Refunds go to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment platform.
Do you store my card information?
No. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers or crypto private keys.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does U.S. shipping take?
Standard is 3–7 business days. Depending on stock, some orders may take 15–20 working days (Mon–Fri) to ship or be fulfilled. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.
How long does international shipping take?
Typically 7–21 business days. Customs, tariffs, and local import procedures can add time. Estimates are not guaranteed.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is provided for all orders. Updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Open a support ticket within 7 days of the latest estimated date. Please be patient—resolutions depend on carrier responses. In the event of a total loss, you’ll receive a full refund.
Can domestic orders involve customs?
Yes. Some items ship from international warehouses, which can introduce customs clearance or tariff-related processing even for U.S. buyers.
Returns & Buyer Protection
What’s covered under Buyer Protection?
INAD (Item Not As Described), Item Not Received, and items damaged in transit or counterfeit—within the posted time windows on our policy page.
Who pays for return shipping?
Seller-fault cases (INAD/counterfeit/damaged) require the seller to provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping. Buyer-initiated returns (if accepted) are paid by the buyer.
Are there restocking or condition fees?
Items returned not in original condition may incur fees. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
How do I open a claim?
Go to My Account → Orders → select the order → Open a Case. Upload clear photos and any relevant messages.
Sellers: Onboarding, Fees & Payouts
How do I become a seller?
Apply on Become a Seller, complete verification, then list. Only approved sellers can publish live listings.
What are the selling fees?
Platform fee is 7% + $0.50 per sale. ACH withdrawal fee (U.S.) is 1.5%. Minimum withdrawal is $50 USD.
When are payouts released?
After orders are marked Completed. Payout timing may vary if fraud or compliance reviews are required.
Can I list wholesale lots?
Yes. Clearly specify quantities, conditions, any mixed SKUs, and shipping terms for bulk freight if applicable.
Can I add Buy It Now or fixed-price only?
Yes. Sellers can list auctions with or without Buy It Now, or post fixed-price listings only.
Compliance & Listings
What items are prohibited?
Counterfeits, illegal/restricted items, stolen goods, and listings that violate laws or platform policies. Listings must be accurate and lawful.
Do you verify authenticity?
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and authenticity. If an item is proven counterfeit, it qualifies as INAD, and action is taken against the seller.
What happens for repeated violations?
Accounts may be limited, suspended, or removed. We may withhold funds pending chargeback or fraud investigations.
Account & Security
How do I secure my account?
Use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA. Never share codes or credentials.
I can’t sign in. What now?
Use password reset on the login page. If still locked out, contact support with the email on file.
How do I change my email or address?
Go to My Account → Account Details to update profile, email, and addresses used at checkout.
Wholesale & B2B
Do you support bulk purchases and repeat orders?
Yes. Many sellers offer wholesale lots and restock cycles. Message the seller for pallet or LTL freight options when needed.
Can you provide custom invoices for importing?
Email sales@hustlersunitedcompany.com if you require a custom invoice for importing. We can adjust invoice values upon request where permitted.
Do you ship to North America and Europe?
Yes. We have experience shipping to 50+ countries across North America and Europe. International timelines depend on carriers and customs.
