• Payment data: processed by providers (WooPayments/Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, DePay Crypto, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna). We do not store full card numbers or crypto private keys.
• Seller data (Dokan): store profile, payout preferences (e.g., ACH/PayPal/IBAN), verification documents where applicable.
• Support & messaging: communications, case details, attachments (e.g., photos).
• Device & usage: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral URLs, cookies.

3) How We Use Your Information

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7) Seller Verification & Payouts

If you apply as a seller, we may request identity and business info (e.g., government ID, tax details, payout info) to prevent fraud and comply with regulations. Payout data is shared with payment partners as required.

8) Data Retention

• Orders: retained for tax, accounting, and compliance periods.
• Accounts: retained while active; you may request deletion where allowed.
• Support/claims: retained to enforce policies and resolve disputes.

We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics.
